    Dell to Introduce New HDCP-enabled 22-inch LCD

    Dell has a new 22″ display with a fast 5ms grey-to-grey response time.

    According to reports, Dell is poised to release a new 22-inch wide-aspect LCD flat-panel. The new E228WFP has already shown up in Japan. The screen has a 1680×1050 resolution, which is typical for a screen around this size, although many recent ones are showing up to be capable of displaying images at 1920×1200.

    Samsung Crashes 30-inch LCD Party

    It’s not their first 30-inch monitor, but as a big Samsung LCD fan I’d love to have one of these sitting on my desk. Price-wise, the $1,640 CX305T fits right in with the everyone else’s 30-inch monitors. It even manages to undercut Dell’s new 3007WFP-HC (if only by a few bucks). The CX305T has a 2,560×1,600 resolution, a 6ms response time, and a 1,000:1 contrast ratio. Not to mention Samsung’s designers did a good number on it. No word on whether it’s coming to the States.
